New Covenant Life Centre, with its extended corporate expression of 'Fortress Centers,' is a Present-Truth Kingdom Community relationally aligned and connected to the Apostolic grace and mission of Congress WBN.

We are a training facility of spiritual technology and practical knowledge – symmetrically apostolic and prophetic in its corporate expression. We are also an Apostolic Present Truth Ministry, which represents both a forum for Kingdom expression and a Covenant Community that is relevant, purpose-driven, and faith activated - manifesting within the sphere of our influence and the measure of our assigned jurisdiction, the preordained Will of God through the lives and ministries of those united in a common destiny. We are furthermore a spiritual facilitator of purpose, power, purity, and prosperity (2 Timothy 2: 19-21; Deuteronomy 8: 7-9, 18).

New Covenant Life Centre has a Congress first policy and is therefore connected to the apostolic grace existent in Congress WBN, whereby we receive macro definition, architecture, and context, which allow for micro expressions of application, execution, and customization. Our primary motivation is maturing the saints, impacting the nations, and building towards completion. Daniel 11:32 describes us as “a people in covenant relationship, building by wisdom and knowledge, a strong community to do and fulfill the purposes of God.”

• We believe that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God; the sole authority in matters of faith and doctrine (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Psalm 119:130, 19:7-9, 138:2; Proverbs 30:5-6).
• We believe that there is only one all knowing, all powerful and all wise God, eternally existent as three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit (1 Chronicles 29:10-12; Daniel 2:20-22; Isaiah 9:6-7, 46:9-10; 1 John 5:7-8).
• We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary; that He died on the cross and shed His blood as a sacrifice for sin; that He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father (John 1:18; Revelation 22:12-13,16; Isaiah 9:6-7; John 20:28; Titus 2:13; Hebrews 1:8; Matthew 1:23; 1 Timothy 2:5; John 1:14; Hebews 2:14; 1 John 4:2-3; Luke 24:39; Philippians 3:21; Galatians 4:4).
• We believe that man was created in the image of God, but fell into sin, and can be justified and redeemed only by grace through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Genesis 9:6, 1:26-27; Romans 5:12,19; Romans 3:23; 1 John 3:8-10; Ephesians 4:18; Galatians 2:16; Romans 3:24; Ephesians 2:8-9).
• We believe that marriage is ordained by God to be the union of one male and one female ideally for life as an expression of Christ’s love of for His Church (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:21-33).
• We believe that all believers must commit to obedient and godly living as the basis of faithfulness to God; therefore all practices that are offensive and violate His Word, such as sex outside of marriage, adultery, lesbianism, homosexuality, pornography, abortion, etc., are considered sinful and immoral acts that are illegitimate and unacceptable to God (Romans 1:20-32; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, 18-20).
• We believe that there is a personal literal return or second coming of Jesus Christ to judge both the living and the dead; in everlasting blessedness for the believer, and in judgment and eternal punishment for the unbeliever (Hebrews 9:28; Philippians 3:20-21; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Titus 2:13; 1 John 2:28; Revelation 1:7; Matthew 16:27; 2 Timothy 4:1; Jude 14:14-15; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9; Revelation 20:11-12; 2 Timothy 4:8; 1 Peter 5:4; Revelation 19:7-9).
• We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit with speaking in tongues, divine healing, the gifts, fruit and anointed ministries of the Holy Spirit are all present day realities accessible and applicable to every believer (Acts 1:5,8; Acts 2:4,38; Acts 4:8, 10:44-46, 11:15-17, 19:2-6; Hebrews 2:4; 1 Corinthians 12:4-14; Luke 24:49; Acts 8:15-16; Galatians 3:2; Romans 8:9; Galatians 5:22-23).
• We believe that the gifts of the Spirit need to be stirred up and exercised to fulfill their divine purpose of edifying and blessing the body of Christ (Hebrews 5:14; 2 Timothy 1:6; 1 Corinthians 14:1,4,26,39; 1 Peter 4:10-11; Romans 12:4-8).
• We believe that it is an absolute imperative for a fully functional five-fold ministry or governmental office (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers), to mature and equip the saints so they can enter into the work of their ministries; thereby building up the whole body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-16; 1 Corinthians 12:28).
• We believe that the present day ministries of apostles and prophets are set in the Church by Jesus Christ, as foundational and revelatory ministries, being restored to full function, maturity and authority before the return of Jesus (Ephesians 2:20-3:11; Acts 3:21; Malachi 4:5-6; 1 Corinthians 3:10-11, 4:15; Revelation 18:20; Luke 11:49; Matthew 23:34, 37-39).
• We believe that the Church is God’s instrument to establish and extend the proclaiming of God’s Kingdom until the literal coming of Christ to rule and reign over all the earth (Matthew 16:18-19; Ephesians 3:10-11,20-21; 1 Corinthians 15:24-25; Ephesians 1:20-23; 1 Peter 2:5-10).

There is but One God, One Head (Christ), One Spirit, One Faith, One Congress called with One Vision and Mission. We are voluntarily and relationally connected to this One Macro-portal of released Apostolic grace as downloaded and distributed which presents God who commissioned and resourced us with a Singular standard and option to Finish. Thus, being aligned with the One Vision and Mission of Congress-WBN provides empowerment to accurately distill and apply Upper-Realm divine downloads, impartations, instructions and architecture. Therefore, having access to apostolic grace produces a multifaceted-oneness of our corporate micro-expression so that the fullness of Christ be formed in the heart of every saint resulting in functional maturity for the finalization of God's ultimate purpose. In this regard, our target is His defined objective and destination for returning us Home which we pursue with conscious-awareness and alacrity until it is completed, while committed to standing in representation on behalf of the whole Body-of-Christ.
